Tsuru translates the concept of love into food. This kind of Utopia is highly encouraged by The State.

Specialising in hand-made sushi and slowcooked Japanese hot dishes, everything is made with sustainable ingredients. Stocks and sauces and sushi vinegar are made from scratch and all maki and nigiri sushi are hand-formed – after all, this is what ‘nigiri’ means – to produce outstandingly fresh, authentic Japanese food. Started by three friends with a shared fanatical interest in food to provide good Japanese dishes made using sustainable produceI .

Tsuru is owned and operated by the fabulous Emma Reynolds and Kensuke Yamada who will both be moving Towards a Fluid State on with us 05 December.
