Saf is the capital’s only exclusively botanical fine-dining restaurant and bar in Shoreditch. It boasts of the the ‘Raw Chef’ Chad Sarno, who was described by GQ magazine as “the king of uncooked and vegan cuisine”. Saf also features the capital’s first organic mixologist and sommelier, Joe McCanta. He has created a number of exciting and innovative wine/cocktail lists and also single handedly headed the organic cocktail movement with the US through crafting innovative drinks and choosing wines for a three-time Wine Spectator Award winning restaurant and bar. No wonder he’s revered as King of the Green Bar.
