Freedom Beer is Britain’s first lager only micro brewery. The beers are brewed using pure spring Burton water drawn via a bore hole. This is an off-grid totally sustainable source of water and needs no treatment for the brewing process. All lagers are hand crafted, with the Master Brewer overseeing every process from start to finish. To top it off, the brewery has Soil Association accreditation for producing organic lager.

Unpasteurised for fuller flavour. Triple filtered. A brewery based on a farm next to a deer sanctuary. Waste product from the brewery used to feed the local cattle. Doing what you want and getting the results you desire. Free spirit does not get more well-expressed than that.

Daas brewed in Hainaut, are the only Belgian beer brewed in Belgium to carry the UK Soil Association Organic certification as well as the Belgian Certsys organic certification. Strictly following a Belgian brewing tradition lasting 900 years the brand Daas launched 18 months ago in the UK.

Daas Organic beers are “bottle conditioned.” This means that the beer is naturally fermented for a second time in the bottle, in a similar way to the production of Champagne. A bottle-conditioned beer will still taste superb many months after the pasteurized equivalent has become un-drinkable.

Daas are hand crafted beers and produce approx ten brews in a year, this is due only to the limited availability of the organic ingredients. We believe that using hops and barley that are grown without pesticides and chemical fertilizers makes our beers delicious and more appetizing, both for you and for the planet.
